Oh, los kakis pueden ser dulcísimos también. Los míos lo son. Pero su ligera parte cítrica/amelocotonada, hace a la chirimoya más dulce.I have not yet- will be looking for sure now! Might try to get a seed or two going for sustainable supply! Recommended varieties? Sounds like they can vary from very sweet to astringent like persimmon fruits depending on cultivator. Me like sugar, not so big on tannins except in my red wines
Por supuesto esto es como los tomates del supermercado o la fruta cultivada como ganado intensivo: no saben a nada.
Oh, kakis (persimmon?) can be very sweet too. Mine are. But their slight citrusy/amelocotonated part, makes the custard apple sweeter.
Of course this is like supermarket tomatoes or fruit grown as intensive livestock: they don't taste like anything.

According to meteorologists, South-West Europe and North-West Africa are having an abnormal, extremely cold and rainy autumn-winter, one of the worst... Here in Monte Adentro (38 ° or 39 ° North, and 800 or 900 meters of altitude) since the arrival of Hurricane Leslie in mid-October has not stopped making Christmas cold and raining and raining ... Between this October and November It has rained more than in all last year ... It shows in the delay that the kakis and strawberry trees have, that they should already be ready:
... Bad affair for my late sative cultivation outside without any greenhouse ...
