My Meijiu $$$ light is "burnt up" how do I get a refund or results from China?

Short version 10 bar 1000w led, I used their crappy dimmer, when I was warned not to. Burnt up dimmer and 2 bars burnt out. I think the wiring going burned inside the harness, if I wiggle it comes one, or one did.... Might I be able to fix it? If it's the wiring, yes, otherwise.... What the...

I leave my house daily for work and weekends out wheeling or riding, vacations...whatever I want. I don't understand why indoor growers in your area can't leave their homes unless they are all growing in coco and choose to feed multiple times a day without an automated system.
