It has to be locked if stored with gun so a locker but if not it has to away from the gun in a separate room. It’s kind of confusing

I’m too high and lazy to look but I wonder what the handgun rules are in all of those countries? To unarm the police in the states would be impossible at this point IMO. But I guess we can all dream. Some do, but I don’t think their right, only based on feels. I would be first in line to vote to ban all handgun purchases and possession here, I own around 25ish guns. Just seems right (shrug)
What is an assault rifle? Serious question as I have a hard time with that label, does it stop being an assault rifle if a 6 shot capacity?
I personally think the presence of our second amendment makes a difference. What that difference is remains to be fought by our highest court. I really do not know.
