From a smoker's point of view: Slow down a little and don't 'binge smoke'. That is (if you're not already), smoke less over a longer period, rather than get brain fucked on a big session. See if you feel different when you let the THC work slowly on you.
However, from a medicinal point of view: First, cut way back on what you smoke and see if you feel more 'normal' as in less paranoid. Also, if you're suffering depression (I do), cut back to a dose that doesn't make you nervous and unusually paranoid and most especially,
**doesn't make your depression worse**.
We suffer from acute depression. However, we have come to a dose for us that alleviates the symptoms and allows us to function normally. That is, we can get out of the house, we can talk to people (doctors etc) and we don't lie in bed hoping that if we go to sleep, maybe, just maybe we won't wake up again and we'll be 'alive' again.
BUT, for me (Gryphonn) if I go over my comfortable dose, I get very paranoid, but in a social way. I just don't want to go out in case I have to talk to someone.
For both Ph03nix and I, a gram a day of the regular supply of bud that we get is just right.
