Hey guys new grower here I have a few outdoor plants growen from seed, nothing special just some I had laying around and I am beginning to think one has started to revegg about 5-6 weeks into flower , I believe they started to flower early because we had a lot of overcast for a week or so ( we’ll this is when I stated to notice the buds forming).
my question is can I do anything to push it back into flower or will it go back to flower on its own over time and if so what will happen to the buds that are already there.

Southern hemisphere?
Yer mate, just a question is it normal during budding to still see some smooth leaves, they also seem to be darker in colour than the rest on the plants.
ill throw in another pic so you can see

Dug up some photos of some reveg i had outside and I agree with that conclusion. Doesn't look like it was revegged real early in flower.
I was afraid that was the case so what will happen now will it bush out then bud later on or is it a lost cause

Yes, it looks confused if it should reveg or flower. Those buds aren't gonna be what they could have, but you should still get something to smoke,

I’m gonna follow suit and conclude it’s minor reveg,
I’m in oz and a few of mine from seed have done the same.
In my experience, If left, they usually end up with lots of horrible little leaf stems and are more susceptible to bud rot as they’re so dense.
I just cut one in half so at least what does grow back won’t be reveg crap.

If you have a few maybe prune one heavily and leave another and see what happens.

Good luck mate.

Hey mate I only have one at this stage doing it when you say, cut in half are you referring to each individual cola ?

If you’ve only the one I’d probably leave it.
I put a few out so can sacrifice/butcher some here and there.
I hate trimming and picking through reveged bud personally, so I’d rather a smaller yield than a load of reveg bulk.

maybe thin each cola a time goes on.

so just thin it out as time goes on to prevent mould?

Usually, if it reveges hard, the buds will begin to pull apart and turn into lots of new stems with lots of single blades leaves, These stems will be plentiful and come later in the season, just the sheer amount of them all budding can increase your chances of getting bud rot quite a bit. I’ve had success with leaving 2 or 3.

This is just in my experience and opinion, It all really depends on how much your plant reveges in the next couple week…

Cheers mate thanks for the reply !!

I had one do this to me when I first started growing. I managed to get a little bud off of it, but I don’t know if it was worth the effort in hindsight.
