Had a run of 4 autos and didn’t even notice 1 of them hermie on me until I was trimming and found a few seeds. This was my first indoor grow, first auto run at all, and first time running some of this equipment so it safe to say the hermie was caused by stress of the many mistakes I made My question is will the seeds produce more hermies or worth keeping?

Couldve been the genetics were unstable and hermie prone all on their own. Seeds will carry the hermie gene, but that doesn't guarantee they will. They can grow just fine. Id grow them just without any of your prime stuff incase the do go herm on you.

Back in 2016, I had a Jack Herer auto produce about 20 seeds and since then I have used those seeds to grow 12 plants.
Only once did a single plant produce seeds for me, the others did not.
But last summer a started two of them and gave one to my buddy who grew it on his balcony....his little plant (about 30 grams) produce about 200 seeds...mine had zero. He had stressed the hell out of his plant by never watering it until it was totally drooping in the blistering heat.
So I still wonder if it's genetics or environment or maybe a combination of both.
Anyhow, I wouldn't be afraid to try the seeds as you may have no issues, or you may end up with more seeds which can be fun to plant in community gardens.
