too little leds on a too small area for your usecase i would say.
if you wanna buy local maybe check out ledtech.de.

i would take my time to check all avaiable offerings.

they can take way more then 12W.
above still would need a driver, so its half diy still.
but its just 2 wires from the driver to the board and you prob need to connect a plug to the driver.
you can basically take as many leds you want and can drive them as low you want.
on the quick checking another german shop.

I did a micro grow with some tiny cobs years ago as well. They worked great..

riging up one led board is a quite easy task.
i would prob build me a small frame out of 2020 profile and mount them like i did on my light in the thread.
not up to date but could be i would take 10 bridgleux strips, likely eb3 slims as theyre 32cm and 1 footers are a little less long, 2 footers dont fit, so bridgelux eb3 slim.
could be ledtech have 50cm strips btw. they may fit your tent?
10 strips as its where the first pricedrop is at digikey and free shipping.
plus a driver, moflow linked a 60w, sounds fine, get a dimmer/potentiometer too.
i would wire some in series for sure, but all in parallel is more straight forward and will do fine.
while... this would need some basic DIY knowledge building led lights.
other way is to look for a fixture which fits your space and dim it very low, there is no problem with that theyre just often quite pricey or to what i ve found on the quick technically quite bad (while they would do for sure).
or theyre technically good but offer too little diodes/spread and need to be hung too high for your space.

if you can fit 2 boards why not, overkill but a good solution.
i would be happy with it, lets say it like this.
it can be done cheaper and maybe slightly less spread will do fine too, but you will be on the safe side.
one board is allready not so bad either, filling quite some of the ceiling.
2 boards are made for way more wattage normally, but they will run very very efficient this way.
i would aim for 20-30W only for this area, nice to have a bit more at hand when needed, a 40-60W driver will do for veg for sure.
maybe others have better options, i just had a quick look at the usual german shops as you linked one from there.

maybe one of the shops you allready found offer a so called qb288 with a driver in a set?
btw. just seeing ledtech.de offers a chat over daytime its active now, simply ask them for a complete set for 1 or 2 of their zeus xt, color temp 3500 to 5000k (both will be fine).
they will instruct you, they even have videos showing how to do, its dam easy.
or check out ama or ebay and buy some small ready made chinese fixture.
edit 5k is fine too for what you do, would take 4k or 5k myself prob.

that doesnt look bad and should work.
it is very similar to the zeus xt board linked above, its just a complete set with driver.
the zeus board have the benefit of being wider by a 10cm which is a big plus in my books.
the bloomtech one is just 19cm right?
i completly understand that youre not after DIY, but am quite sure the led tech guys could send you a complete set too very similar to what you showen above.
in the end a lot will work in your tent as long you can dim it, but aiming for a as wide spread as posible do really make sense when the ceiling is that near.
while have to say i am easily start to nitpick there.

ive checked what they have.
for their 75W elg driver the 1.4A is the only option, its 27 ~ 54V and as far i see your panels want about 37V, so that would be fine.
they also have a elg 100w 42V driver for 35€, that would also work.
the 75W AB driver needs a external dimmer, the 100W only have a onboard screw to set output.
i dont know how low you can go with the internal dimming screw ? @Rocket Soul , mr.a type ,its a elg driver but you may have a guess.

i would simply contact them directly.
you will want wires and connectors needed, as also a simple dimmer if you buy the AB type one.
they will know all that and prob can make you a bundle.

Dimming is speced at 50-100%, but generally it goes a bit lower. Closest to reality number is in the test report on meanwells site, usually more accurate than the datasheet.

Is it 37V board? Id go for any of the 36A meanwell drivers, you can adjust voltage up to 37V, no problem. Like elg75-36A. Not sure all the AB drivers have voltage regulation.
Meanwell ELG-75-C1400 this? Edit I will take this because the one with more Ampere consume to much power for my space!

THe c1400 will only drive your 37V board to about 50w, afaik its a constant current drIver maxing out on 1400mA so the driver will not give its full 75w.
