[/QUOTE I've not followed the flush every 2 or 3 feeds rather I've followed the feeding a weaker strength feed regime in the past and I did occasional flushes with the oxygen stuff, just through caution and ignorance of anything different. Should I maybe use a little enzymes to be safe if you understand what I mean?

I grow in coco and all I use is MaxiBloom and silica..........I've never used enzymes and know nothing about them.
I feed daily to substantial run off.
I never use plain water.
