Wondering if anybody can help me identify a strain that I smoked in Tucson in the summer of either 2007 or 2008.

I believe it was some type of kush it had that skunky earthy kushy smell to it but it also had a grape candy smell on top of it.

Looks wise, the bud was pebble-sized nugs, forest green with specks of lime green and dark purple and bright orange hairs.

But what really made it special with the high. The best way I could describe it is blissful awareness. If you've ever seen the movie office space you know what I mean. No anxiety no worry and just a feeling of blissed-out presence that I've never experienced with any other weed.

I know this is a long shot but figured I'd give it a shot if anybody has any idea what I'm talking about would love to hear about it thanks so much

You’ve named about 4 terps. And what most weed looks like. And from 08-09. That’s not gonna be easy. But I’m sure it’s like most strains from that time. Hard to find. A lot of dank kush is limited now because legal issues of the past. People have bred past it. So I’m told. Your just gonna have to grow your own to get it back.

Any idea where to go for those type of genetics?

Probably something urkle or GrandDaddy Purple related. Maybe lavendar by Soma seeds? That's a close relative of urkle and more sativa in its effect/upbeat instead of sedative.

You want the Truth. You’ll never have it again. Less than a percent chance. Get hunting and follow your nose. Otherwise your gonna search forever. This is how some of the best strains were created/founded.

Las Vegas Purple Kush. Lavender was a good guess. My buddy used to get some packs he called Barneys lavender and it was fire.
Interesting I've never heard of the Las Vegas purple kush before. Looks like it's clone only though unfortunately. Do you know if anybody has done any breeding work with that cut
