Stealth Grow Build in 2 Armoires

So I wanted to get some input from you guys here. Ive been working on my grow skills, and have been doing it in basically what is in Diagram A below. I built this armoire out, coated the inside with mylar, and have had a lot of success practicing cloning and LST techniques.

Now Id like to turn the lower chamber in Diagram A into a veg chamber only, and get a second armoire going as a flowering chamber.

My goal is to move a set of clones down the assembly line SoG style, following AL B Fucts SoG guide on this forum.

Id like any suggestions or input from you guys since this is my first real endeavor into the SoG style, and welcome any input you have. Ive got a grand mother in law whos dieing of cancer, and she uses grass to ease the pain and keep food down during chemo, and frankly, supporting both our habits is getting expensive. Will these keep us stocked up? Im a heavy smoker, 7g a day or so in blunts, and she smokes about 2g a day during therapy. Will this take care of us? My wifes gonna kill me now that I got her grandma smoking and Im paying for it, so this is our only other option. Any input is appreciated.

Diagram A is already built out, and Im currently working on the Diagram B build.

My Question is this: If I do ad the 2nd unit, how much do you think is the potential end result yield, once I have the system refined and working at peak efficiency? I'm just looking for a decent guess at the potential
harvest on my 6 plants harvested every 2 weeks using this system?

Any ideas?

I was wondering where your exhaust was going to be and you might also want to do a DIY Carbon Filter somewhere down the road unless smell is not a problem.

Having your reservoir on top of your cabinet will not work. Water (nutes) pumped from the reservoir must DRAIN back down into the tank. They will not drain anywhere, except to your floor the way you have it.

Make sure that all of your trays are about 6 inches higher than the top of your nute reservoirs.

Also, 4 weeks of flowering is not enough. Your 7g habit will turn into 14g if it doesn't get you high! Once a plant goes into flowering mode, no amount of wishing is going to make it mature faster than it's prescribed time. Weed takes 8-10 weeks from the start of flowering. If you pull it early, you're doing yourself and your babies a great injustice. You must find a way to run 4 weeks cycles, or build a third cabinet.

Then, don't forget the 2 week dry & cure process.

Ok then so what Im getting as Im re-reading Al B Fucts guide is it seems like it will be easier to do this in a 5 gallon bucket like DWC style, so I resubmit my 2nd grow room idea:

Now heres some additional questions:

1) If I build a flower room( tent) out of a wooden shipping skid and some of that mylar thats black on the outside, refelctive on the inside, and hang my 400w HPS light in it, how many 5 gallon buckets could I get under it at a time?

2) Whats my target humidity for each chamber?

3) Any ideas or suggestions?

I would keep the ebb & flow idea in the new flowering chamber. Hopefully, it's tall enough to keep the reservoir under the plants.

I'd stick with your original plan if vertical space is available (with nutes at the bottom) in both chambers. It sure beats having to watch the nute and ph levels of 6-8 separate reservoirs. Individuals probably have some advantages, but you'll have to gauge those.

Also, mamas will be tall but clones will not. Therefore, you should consider moving the mamas down with the veggies. You could keep the clone rack pretty short that way. It may get a bit crowded down there, but you'll space em out better when flowering.

I like the shipping skid better for flowering.

Also, remember that the mamas will have an established root system (big pot). They'll need more vertical space than any other plant. Maybe you could divide it so that you have a very tall mama chamber sitting next to a medium veg and a short clone shelf?
