Well I had to look it up. But I guess it makes sense.

I was more interested on what it does to hair, so I looked it up. Apparently it can cause "protein overload" if you use it too often.

Rice is pretty good at growing mold, I'd imagine that it will also grow on whatever residue the water leaves on the top of the soil.

I don't soak my rice first. Or rinse it.
