No ..Dont worry about till 6 ft. Never had a problem til then.

That’s makes more sense I guess . My comment was aimed at such a small base on a 5 gal bucket in comparison to his plant. Looked very top heavy, even with bamboo.

Imo it’s the same as indoors. Keep them healthy and happy . The sun and around 3 month veg make monsters

Container size/soil volume makes a difference too.

Agreed. Guess I was trying to say keep your plant healthy and monsters kinda happen outdoors. Sun is a beautiful thing

They had to be tied down to prevent being blown over as I had them on stands to allow air flow under, but that's not the point. The point is the size of the pot isn't as important as some claim.

Heres Ya'll a way i leand thu the year.. Ever kick a tire in the wood ..It aways has water in it. Sink tire put dirt in the tire not full. Plant in tife helps with watering..

I get the go big or go home part about johnny law,but wouldnt more and smaller plants be better than 12 footers out there
