Aphids?

I've been seeing these little things in my branches lately small little Golden specs.
Any idea what they are?

Looks like dried out “juice” out of the small petiole crack…

Doesn't look like an aphid to me, i wouldn't worry about it.

Scrape one off and get it under some magnification.
