Tie into dryer vent

My shop area has a dryer duct running outside, I smoke in my shop, nasty cigs and tree. I need to remove the air every so often while I'm out there. My question is this:

1) Will a 4" booster duct fan from say ac infinity attached to the wall with a 45 degree flange be acceptable? I know they make baffles etc but if the Y is attached to the inside of the perimeter wall will the smoke go back into my home? I think it would be fine but I wanted other opinions, thanks!!

Yeah I was aiming for the lazy way, I could do that pretty easy but I was hoping not to :(
Safer and cheaper
Any hole saw will knock out that in a jiffy
Drill a hole first through exterior and interior so ya locate it ..
Even measure from existing vent
Hope ya get it sorted

Just to further elaborate, it's an enclosed shop inside my garage, happens to be where the dryer duct is. Typically I only work 5hrs a night max and smoke once an hour or so. I will literally only need to cut it on for a few minutes and then cut it off, just to clear the air. The wife is tired of the smoke smell in the garage but does not want another hole cut, I do have a window but I really wanted to dump it out through the vent. Probably wouldn't be cut on but a few hours a week total, not sure if that changes any opinions??
