Not right next door, but the freak family down the street has their 40 year old son still living at home. It wouldn't surprise me if he starts to sweat in school zones, cuz he sure as shit gave me creepy vibes with each of our limited interactions. I'm pretty sure most of the parents on this street have instructed their kids to stay well clear of the freak, and my daughter has already said she doesn't like him. She not even 4 yet and she knows there is something up with him.

Church gives them a weekly pass; clean slate..Catholicism has The Confessional/Prayers of Contrition and Church for the clean slate.

Cool story. I never implied his crime was less than for any reason, but the irony of a person who was convicted of assaulting children was shot by a child he was trying to assault has not escaped my sense of humor.

Very true, I fired one last late 2019 right before covid. Do everything via e-mail so there is a paper-trail. Also remember that in worst case scenario you can contact the controller for your property if it’s RD or HUD. They don’t put up with shit.

Thank you for your advise, i appreciate it. yes, everything is done via EM/documentation and yes, my case manager has been trying to figure out how to get in touch with the Board but there's huge nepotism; they own the building and they double-dip husband is employee and contractor..i wouldn't be surprised if they were all doing it. Their lease reverts month to month after initial term so they have the option at any time for any reason. One of my friends who's lived here 10 years said PM just threatened her when she complained about the office worker and told the tenant that 'you are the rude one and disrespect will be noted in your file..3 disrespects and proceedings are started for eviction'.

with RD or HUD she cannot be Controller and PM simultaneously? where would i go to look for Controller of this building without her knowing?
 
Call up your state office and ask for the controller. My house rules have a clause about respect as well, but it runs both ways. The board is different, that’s about budgets and house rules etc, the state hud office or rd office has somebody assigned to an area and they approve budgets and deal with major issues. Property has to keep them happy or they can take management away from them and assign it to another company if they are found doing things detrimental to the property. I’ve picked up properties that way in the past.
