Is this plant in flowering or pre-flowering?

Hey all. My plant is at day 27 and I am wondering if maybe has started flowering or preflowering so I can change the light spectrum? Do you think the thin hair like thingies in the pics are pistils?

Barely sexxed out .

Tops will begin to show more and more pistils as week goes on. There will be a stretch period during early flower too.

What light are using to have to change ?

If it's a photo, it won't flower until you change the light schedule.
You do have some pre-flower pistils indicating it's a female.

No, I do not mean the schedule, but the color of the light. I have it as 6500k and in flowering I will change to 2700k

If it's an auto and it's showing pistils........it's in flower.
Autos don't preflower like photos.

just leave the light as it is if it was mine, i get plenty good flowering with the blue light

If I can follow up with another question, guys. Some of the oldest leaves are sort of hanging down and touching the soil. Is that alright to leave like that or should I maybe cut them down? Here are some pics

I snip anything low like that if it's touching the medium.
