I'd cut back on the N. What is your medium and what nutes are you using? Too much N will make skinny buds.

I’m using dirt (southern hemp potting soil by head river organics), using big blooms & buds nutes with FF bush doctor foliar during veg because she was bright lime green.

The second plant got no foliar treatment, was a good color from the get go, restarted her so she lags the other.
