My neighbor had one. He was older (so obviously cooler lol) and was always working on it. Put glass paks on, etc. I fell in love with them. Maybe someday in retirement I’ll find a project car and putz around

It has been garage kept and has extremely low mileage. Still in mint condition. 8 track tape deck included.
I suspect it has not been driven for "Joy" riding in more than 40 years.

My buddy has a 1980 928 from Germany. All the gauges/dash are metric and 0.00% emissions on the V8. But he bought it stateside so I have no idea on how you would transport one. Sounds expensive?I don't know, it's hard to choose right away. I have a dream at the moment. I'm moving towards it. I want to buy myself a 911 Porsche. I haven't decided on the year of manufacture yet, so I'm still figuring out all the details. The first nuance for me is how I transport it from Germany. First of all, I've started to find out how I can do it. By the way, are there people here who know about it? I personally found a company like https://transportgator.com/. It seems that they only do shipping in the U.S.. Do any of you know where I can find a reputable company that can help me with this?

Im a huge Chevelle and Nova guy too but my absolute favorite years are '68-71. Glorious. Yenko Nova or a 454 Chevelle are most definitely on my list as well

The top clear coat of the label came right off leaving a portion of the lettering on the car.

My buddy had one growing up with a 396 c.i. engine...I remember driving it 140 mph on the interstate when I was 16 years old...and it got up to 140 fast!! It had plenty more to go too but I backed off.

Well, in the emblem removal game Goo Gone is a widely used product to get rid of adhesive residue.
I despise people putting stickers of any kind on a car im buying.
especially when i find them on something like an absolute icon of Japanese rally art with only a few thousand in existence with perfect paint and clear coat in certain colors. fuck your dealership, you just put a bumper sticker on the Mona Lisa.

I used one of those foam/rubber wheels that goes on a drill. 3M makes them, safe for your paint and takes stickers right off.

you know what’s crazy is all these car companies still throwing so much cash at advertising. My wife just bought a MACH-E and needs to be on a waitlist for ~20 wks. $500 down holds it. It’s almost like Supply & Demand doesn’t hold true? - it’s more like keeping up the brand name even tho the cars are in such demand. The dealer told us a test drive was not realistic. But we did finally find one to test drive but couldn’t but that one. crazy

They work great, I removed about 12 sq ft of graphics off my panel when I got it. Had huge plumbing company decals. I wish they would have known about these wheels. They used a grinder to remove the phone number decals, even on the back glass
