How they look? first timer

i have two plants going in my super cool grow box! and the first (pic) ones name is cowabunga and the others (second pic) name is funkycomadena. cowabunga sprouted nov 1st and funky sprouted the 6th and got a tiny bit stretched but i fixed that.... my setup is 6 cfls 6500k i have two inline fans that suck through a carbon fiber filter..they are looking a little dropey any idea first timer here need that the advice i can get. i have the lights three to four inches from the tops i just fetilized yesterday with 20 20 20

thanks man i know its easy to over water is there a fool proof way to tell when you need to water i have the grow bible by cervantes and it never clearly tells ya?

yeah man get a soil meter it tells u ph and all that good stuff as far as over watering goes just do the finger test...if u stick it in like an inch and a half and it feels to moist...it probably is

lift the pot when full of water, remember how heavy it feels, lift the pots each day to get the feel of it, when it needs water lift the pots and they will be supper lite, you can even wait till the leaves start to sag, just need to remember when the pots lite time to water or fert. here's a few pics of my moms dry (first 2 pics) and watered (last pic), i go by the lifting proccess and usually just wait till the leaves start to sag, when the leaves sag the roots are going everyware in the soil lookin for food, and thats what ya want. :weed:

if you look at my first pic where the sevens are coming out the look like their twisting this is the first set of leaves that is doing that anyone know what this means?

it doesn't look like the plants are stressed at all, so its most likely just the genetics.

they are fine, lotza mine do that, look at the seedlings in my second pic ^^ they doin that and even deformed, but no worries

yea i'd say genetics do u kno wat strain that is? My friend grew a unknown strain and his plants looked like that with the twisting leaves. Also u might want to go with a half strength fert mix if they are real young. I had a over-fert prob my first time that 20-20-20 is some strong shit.

willwork- whats up bro thanks for the advice the strain is just some seeds from some real legit high quality mid grade this is my first time so didnt want to risk ruining some good seeds next grow im getting some kush strain for sure
