What in the hell are these little bugs ?? I’m just about done flowering my plants maybe about a week or soo an I’m harvesting an today noticed an infestation of these bugs I mean there’s literally hundreds of them some leaves worst than others I’ve noticed they only hang out on the bottom of the leaves. What can I do ??

Those look like aphids. If you're at or near harvest, you can spray with Nuke Em or similar.

Do they not mess with buds? Never had them on weed but other plants, just blast them with a hose. If they don’t mess with buds and near harvest I’d just use a hose being careful not to spray buds and in the morning so no pm. Hold up a piece of something to protect buds when spraying water near them.
neem also but I wouldn’t use that near buds, maybe citric acid. I hear a lot never tried but it seems like best I heard of, in later stages if it will work for aphids

I used cold pressed neem oil to hit my soil with, 2 table spoons in a liter of water and I used Dawn dish soap, the normal blue kind to help dissolve the neem, a week later after it dried my fungus gnats were gone .....and i planet a few autos directly into the soil... and they all came up.. so can confirm a small ammount of Dawn does not kill even the smallest of seedlings.. they're about a week old now.
