Exactly what I was thinking they need to strengthen up before I transplant right?

I usually only keep them in the solo cup for about 8 days 9 tops after that I always see signs of root stress I would transplant now to maybe a 3 gallon pot and go to my forever pot after a week or so in that

I don’t know if you top but I like to transplant wait about four days top it wait about a week and transplant again I know it sounds like a lot but if you pay attention to your pot size and watch the way the plant grows it’s good stress

I personally don't water my plants. Some do, some don't. Call it bro science, but I'm harvesting while they're still in veg. That was previously unheard of.
