Not as far as I know. I’ve never seen a military person in or out of uniform in a pot shop. It’s against federal law. But they’re starting to allow VA doctors in medical states to prescribe it for vets with certain conditions.

Meaning it’s not against state laws but the military doesn’t see it that way. I wouldn’t want to be seen or reported coming out of a pot shop if I was on active duty.

My dad hadn't smoked weed until he went to Vietnam.

I smoked like a house on fire in the USMC. Got busted and court martialed for it too. I know what I’m talking about.

This asshole lieutenant colonel who just got publicity for going against orders has civilians in an uproar. “What about his constitutional right to fre speech?”

Lol. You ain’t got Constitutional rights for shit when you are on active duty. None. Check if you think I’m mistaken.
 
Idk the laws but I did have a friend get turned away from a dispensary because he only had military ID and not a drivers license.
