I get it. It's funny. I tried posting a laugh emoticon but apparently that isn't allowed. Forgive me if I didn't like the posts either as I still do not know where the like button is for comments. I get that me being new and you all having answered questions like this for forever and a day as well it is tedious and annoying but try to remember that we aren't you and don't have your experience yet...But seems to be the only thing it could be is 5% Amber is too early and will smell like grass regardless of what I do and/or I need to get a fan to circulate the air.

So, I either wait longer before harvest and run a fan or my genetics are just poop.

IF GENES ARE GOOD. THE SMELL IS FROM EARLY CHOP AND OR FAST DRY.

me personally. I do not have one strain that will smell grassy. Even chopped at 4-5 weeks. Still smells to the strain.

I push for a lot of amber personally. I don’t sell and 98% of my crop is consumed by myself or family. So I’m usually running a week or 2 longer. And I don’t check trichs. I haven’t checked trichs since I was 16-17 years old. The trichomes color hues are visible to the naked eye. I barely even touch my flower till harvest. But considering how they look before I cull them. I’d say they have quite a bit of amber. My wax is very dark gold as well.

Everything seems to be doing its thing breaking down the chlorophyll cut grass smell. After 24hr jar time I had the jar sit open for about 5 minutes. After which the smell was dank for a split second and went to a much lighter smell of cut grass than was jarred with. Can't wait to smell it in another couple days. I'd like to say it worked but she hasn't lost all of that cut grass smell but she is getting better by the day. Went from about 63-65%RH in jar to about 58RH. Will be adding a boveda pack at 55rh or sooner.
