Need some guidance on these autos in hydro.

Always interesting to see people who think they can control the discourse on the internet and get awful mad when they can't.

In terms of forum knowledge, often the most learned people are in the least hospitable places, not just for cannabis related topics but across the board. I'll take the centuries of accumulated knowledge over a tea party any day. This place is actually really good about not just telling people with the same questions over and over again to do a fucking search.

I’m so done with this site and you dickhead know it alls never being willing to help a new grower out and instead just say stupid shit to try and look cool and better than me. You all are fuckin pathetic . I’ll go to another site and leave you assholes here with yourselves. Bunch a fuckin pricks
An autoflower flowers based on timing in it's genetics, flipping to 12/12 wouldn't do anything other than make it grow slower.

Guess in the future I’ll just have to dumb shit waaaaaay fuckin down.. everyone here is a moron
BTW you're the one asking if switching to 12/12 is going to help an autoflower... Sooooo... There's that.

Hope that helps. Good luck at your new site.

Plus … autoseeds even from same stock can run differently….. structurally, feeding , etc.

Had plenty of “ runts “ drag initially and end up better than the normal running autos. Autos have that “ 3rd wheel “ addition of ruderalis genetics that can change the outcome.

Autos require patience … probably the most important part of the grow.

I'd argue that being a good grower is even more important than patience though.

I've seen plenty of auto growers with tons of patience and 8 inch tall flowering plants.

Yep, doing a couple Northern Lights autos right now. Seeds dropped at the same moment, had the same conditions, feed, lights and all the other details. One's tiny and compact (all of about 12-14") the other is 22". No rhyme or reason. They both have been bulking up their buds nicely though.

...Though I'm running them at 17/7 right now. ;)
