Thrip damage - spinosad sprays and root drench 1x a week for 4 weeks. If not a root drench with spinosad, use BTI for taking care of the soil. They have a long life cycle, research their life stages to wrap your head around the problem and time treatments accordingly. In your veg area, integrate a 1x week pest management protocol using oils and soap. You're in flower, stick to spinosad to knock them back. Clean up your act in terms of leaving decomposing plant material on the ground. This isn't the end of the world. In my opinion, thrips are low on the totem pole in terms of flowering concerns but must be dealt with now.
