Police Interactions.

What is the type of society you want, and if you backtest it against significant events over the last 250 years, how does it hold up? Take Rob Roy for example, he thinks taxes should be voluntary, which if we backtest his ideologies, the odds are we'd have been a non-participant in WW1 and WW2, since there's no way we'd have had the military/infrastructure to support our presence. What would the world be like today without a significant US presence in those wars? Probably not good. You have to backtest your ideologies in order to get an idea of how they play out in the future.
America had a lot less to do with "winning" those wars than you think. So you should maybe pick a different example. Or drop the "America is the words Hero" make-believe and try again?

I was thinking that this girl was being all sovereign citizen nut about her license until it turned out that she was riding a bike.

I think that the new trend should really just be people saying two words to cops if they don't feel comfortable. 'Fifth' and 'Lawyer'. And I am not even sure if 5th is relevant to being arrested, but it would get the point across I would think.
To me, everything in the video would be fine, if they had grounds to ask for ID. They were patient, showed her the statute which they totally do not have to do, gave her plenty of chances, and weren't actually rough with her. Problem was, the grounds for all of it was horseshit, plus, what kind of bored cop pulls someone over for not staying in your lane on a bicycle lol.

America being the hero is your hypersensitive insertion. WW2 wouldn't have been won without any one of the major players. It's just a fact, not a hardon for any of them.

lol yeah I was thinking the same thing too. Maybe they took her down a little unnecessarily to dominate her, but that was when I thought that the SUV she was next was hers pulled over. As soon as they said it was a bike though, yeah, screw those guys.

I love the 'oh shit this is going to be a issue' moment on the radio he had too.

Russia deserves like 90% of the credit, and although it's obvious that all the players had a part, end of day, America could have sit it out and the Nazis would have been beaten by Russia.

I'm not convinced that the level of good that cops do outweighs the level of bad. Too many things go into that, but as a country we really need to think about what we want. Do we want cops always on the lookout for bad-guys, wanting to make that bust, or just to be there to help. Get rid of the drug war completely, make all drugs legal and turn cops into rescue squad.

I am with you on decriminalizing all drugs and allowing businesses (that have accountability through the courts) clean up the supply chains on them and use the revenue collected form them for treatment and insurance if the people using them need it.

As for cops, I do agree there are way too many right now that over the years have harmed the society that they were meant to be protecting. I figure cops are just humans that are constantly in contact with other humans who are often at the worst moments in their lives, and that means there are a whole lot of opportunities to do the wrong thing. And the pressure to look the other way from their fellow officers that are all too willing to take advantage of their position for whatever dickish reasons that they have needs to not be there, and really needs to not even be a option to be able to not report and correct the problems as they arise.

Instant oversight and direction from people who are removed from the adrenaline rush is possible with today's communication technology and I really do think that is the way we need to start helping our police to help us more effectively. We should focus more on mental and physical health of our cops. Basically treat them more like high performance athletes than we have been.

Wow, that's a dumbshit thing to say! The Nazis occupied several countries, including France. So you're saying that the Russians would have freed France? Believe me, every French citizen is very happy that we planned the D-Day invasion.

Japanese and Germans deserve most of the credit, probably more.

I mean what dumbass thinks they could defeat the United States with GB and Soviet Union as allies? Neither country could even match the US for aluminum or steel production, much produce enough quality fighter pilots.

lulz at the idea that Stalin could have done it by himself. You do know that if he could he would have? Yeah, that was a pretty stupid thing to say, slumlord. Stay in your lane.

What an amazing dumbass comment to say. No they would not have had to go to France, cut off the head the body does, they would not have to liberate every place they were.

Has nothing to do with koolaid, it's just a numbers game. If you've been here more than five minutes, you'd know that we're pretty critical of this country.
