Question about cloning....is it possible that water temp has alot to do with successfully growing roots....like is colder temps going to lessen the chance of roots showing?

If you are water cloning then cold water is better. More oxygen and less growth of nasty shit in the water.

I used dwc when first started cloning and had like 90 percent success and ever since I've started aeorponics I've had very bad results...like less than 50 percent success rate

Rockwool and a dome,they all root at the same time.Bubble cloner I always had 3 or 4 that rooted quickly and others would take 3 weeks.

Yeah Im using a aeroponic cloner at the moment and have most rooted but this is my first run at them roots were like 3inchs long I put straight into some cuttings soil for seedlings and cuttings so there ain't much nutes in there I will let the roots establish them selves first but my question is can I put them now after reporting straight under a 400w hps veg room

Sure. Why not? Just watch temperature at the top of the plant.
