Well the AZ SOS just made an agreement to have the servers examined after refusing three subpoenas. So we shall see.
Arizona’s Audit Continues to Be a Chaotic Mess
If you accept the ridiculous premise that the election needed to rechecked, why do such a bad job of it?

State Senator Michelle Ugenti-Rita, a Republican who supported the exercise at the start, said in July that she had changed her mind. “Sadly, it’s now become clear that the audit has been botched,” she tweeted. “The total lack of competence by [Fann] over the last 5 months has deprived the voters of Arizona [of] a comprehensive accounting of the 2020 election. That’s inexcusable, but it shows what can happen when Republicans do not take election integrity deadly serious.”

The author asks a good question. It's clear that they didn't care about maintaining clear chain of custody of ballots, records and the voting machines. If people pushing for and funding the audit were serious about overturning the election, why did would they corrupt the process of this audit?

Oh and -- bamboo fibers.

How embarrassing this must be for you. lulz

Okay I have an update. It appears that this guy who tweeted about the situation (Data Guru) was not accurate. What this settlement is, is that the County Supervisors will give the Splunk logs and the routers over to a third party, a trusted source which is a former Congressman in Arizona, John Shadegg. Then cyber ninjas will be able to get everything that they want from him. So he is basically a caretaker of the data/ trusted 3rd party and we will still have access, so this is actually a win for us. We will have the information from both the routers and the splunk logs. I apologize for the blood pressure spike and let's see what we get out of this.
