I’ll try to organize this and update it so it’s easy to read, and not just a ton of talking you have to sift through.

4x4 Grassroots Bed W/ Blumats

The plants were started in solo cups > 2-3 gallon pots > 4x4 bed

I had my first spider mite issue, which was caught late as I was being lazy. I started using Spinosad and Ahimsa neem oil (not at the same time,) along with vacuuming the bad parts.. It seems to have been working well. I also used Dr Bronners to emulsify, which actually DIDNT work as well as when I used Protekt. I use Aloe for foliar as well, I used BuilaSoils but will be making my own from now on. Also used BioAg Fulpower once for foliar.

I used mycos for the transplant, let the plants recover for a few days and then added a smaller amount of BuildASoils 12 seed cover crop along with a 1 cup neem cake topdress… just because. So far have watered in coconut water, aloe, BioAg Fulpower.

-I’m putting up my HLG LED tonight
-Getting ready to flip to flower, so am defoliating slowly.
-Will track my foliar/topdressing/what I water in
-Adding worms soon, just wanted them to gain numbers in my bin.

Temps are normally 74 F or so, RH is usually around 65%. I’m always open for suggestions, don’t be afraid to tell it how it is.

I was worried about flipping because I had a spider mite issue, but I think it was taken care of.. I’ll flip tonight and keep on the IPM, sure it’ll be fine.

Ok I’ll make sure it stays warmer in there. I appreciate it bud. You see the plant on the right side of the picture, it’s leaves are curling some? Kinda seems like heat stress from light too close but kinda doesn’t?

LEDs, much like DE lights, are not just intense light but they also fill most of the light spectrum. Light very well could be too close. However, I'm a bit surprised you had a spider mite issue with your humidity being above 50%. Mites typically don't like it when it is too humid.

As green_machine said, you can likely get away with 77-81F temps, and definitely raise your light a bit. Vapor Pressure Deficit used to be something that most indoor growers never had to worry about. However, with the advent of LED and DE lights, it is definitely a concern. Raising your temps a bit should help, definitely raise the light if you're getting taco leaves.

If you do all of those things, and still have issues, the next thing I'd personally be questioning is watering practices. That's why I emphasize overwatering so much in not just this forum, but in general.

I would go as far as to say that at least 50% (if not more) of gardens are destroyed simply because of overwatering.

Less is more, don't forget this. Its true with everything. Unless your pots are 100% rootbound, you don't need to water much. Easier to remedy underwatered plants, where as overwatered plants are just fucked.

Nice. I also grow in a bed. Links in my sig. If i can make one suggestion, it is to not use the 2-3 gallon pots. Go from the small ones right into the bed. I think that after you have done this for a year or 2 you will find that you dont have to do so much. In my bed I only use 3 things. for maintenance, Craft blend from buildasoil, cover crop, Mikrobs. I also mulch all my harvest leftovers, and mulch with fan leaves when i defoliate. If you have a good established soil food web you dont need all those extras. I grow fresh aloe and just blend up the whole leaf with a couple cups of water, then run that through a 25mu 1g all mesh bubble bag. then foiler feed/moisten the soil. Aloe is a natural whetting agent. Really good for peat based mixes.

Ya I’m not using the small pots anymore, the plants blew up after going in the bed. The other plants I have just use the leftover light from the edges, hoping to get some extra bud.

I too grow and use my own aloe. I have a decent stash of stuff to use, just need to find the right timing.. but like you said you don’t need much eventually.

I just flipped to flower last night. Only been in the bed for like two weeks tops, so I don’t think I need to do much.. Was thinking I could do a flower topdress in a week or two.

For now I’m just using aloe/coconut, rarely bioag fulpower. I want to foliar aloe as long as possible though it works great.

I had a spider mite issue, how long can I spray for that? Havnt seen any new damage in a bit, but want to keep on it just incase

Got the light up! Check it out my guy. The plants around the sides were a little
neglected, but they’re just there to flower around the bed.

There’s the lead curl I was talking about. What do you think?

I raised my temp to around 80, sealing the room a little better tonight so i’ll raise it a touch more even. My air exchange is pretty much just windows open in my basement.

Any suggestions? Inhave an inline fan I should set up, and draw air out of my grow room?

Absolutely install that fan and get some more air exchange into the room they will love it.

Is it enough to just vent it out of the room, but still into the basement? I’m hooking up my carbon filter asap, FYI. There is a window that I COULD vent out of, but I honestly don’t live in a legal state.

Definetly ask some more experienced people, but I think you need to vent it outside. If your worried about stealth install the carbon filter, and I’m sure you could make a small dryer vent like thing to partially open the window and have the vent sticking out while the rest of the window is blocked.

You may consider blocking the windows if grow rooms lights are bright from outside the windows if they are just basement windows.

Pull through the carbon filter and then put the window.

And yes a little dry vent works great
