I’m growing in Coco, 600 watt hps. I haven’t fed any nutrients yet. Just water. I think the coco is the problem. Is there any chance this plants are gonna bounce back? Or do I uproot and plant new seeds.

What did you mix into your coco?
What is the PPM or EC of the water you're giving them?

The soil is the problem cause every other plants are doing okay. I used a different soil for this particular two plants. I harvested my plants about two weeks ago and reused the same coco for this two plants. Do I uproot them? I don’t think they are gonna do any good.

There's your problem. Your coco is full of nutrients and they are burning up your seedlings. Transplant them out of that coco.
