Offensive force would include obliterating consent of an otherwise peaceful person by an external threatening person, group, etc.
Government is not voluntary, it doesn't give a flying fuck if you consent to its edicts or not. It is entirely built from the bottom up by coercion and held together by threats. You will not be able to refute that.
If the thing that rules over you is allowed to remanufacture actual meanings of words such that actual crimes are not recognized. because government hasn't called something a crime, you are just being silly and have lost touch with reality.
Further if something they do is not a crime, but if you do it is, that should not go unnoticed or unchallenged. Get off all fours and stand on your hind legs like a man.
