Yes they are soil mites and are a part of the soil food web.

they feed on fungi and decaying organic matter such as dead roots etc.

Are you growing organically?
because you’ll want soil life

Are you using nutrient salts?
Then you could get rid of them by using H2o2 drenches.

But this will also kill off your microbe populations in the soil such as Trichoderma, mychorhaezae etc

Yes I’m growing with organic soil no I’m not using nutrients salt I use dr. Earth pump and grow and when you say h202 do you mean Hydrin peroxide

Yes but if you’re organic it will FUCK UP your organic to ionic conversions.

Like I said if you’re organic you’ll need to learn to live with them.
