So I made this diy grow light having 8x2700k 3w leds and 22x4000k 3w of these chinese leds https://www.ebay.ca/itm/254626662288?hash=item3b48ee8790:g:IYoAAOSwkJ1e6Cem cooled with a chunky heatsink. The array consumes ~90watts from my power supply and I ran it a week straight to see if it would survive. The light did survive and when I approach my hand to the lights I feel heat from the light. My question is would my light's yield be comparable to for example https://www.amazon.ca/Grow-Light-Spider-Farmer-Spectrum/dp/B07TSBCRL8/ref=sr_1_8?dchild=1&keywords=quantum+board&qid=1628634113&sr=8-8&th=1 as their chips(LM301B) only consumes 0.2w each and has 200 of them making its consumption only 40watts ? Also why do they advertise their light 1000w ?
