True. you think it's mildew?Maybe cut back the concentration..
It could be. That's one reason I try very hard not to do foliar application. Anyway you'll need a loupe and look for hyphae as opposed to simple salts that won't look 'furry'.True. you think it's mildew?
Mint and water, Insect prevention.Looks like PM or residue from whatever you're spraying on them. I don't spray my plants with anything. Less is more.
Cheers appreciate the recommendations. It could be. That's one reason I try very hard not to do foliar application. Anyway you'll need a loupe and look for hyphae as opposed to simple salts that won't look 'furry'.
If it is PM I recommend Marrone Regalia.
I've gotten through many grows without any.Cheers appreciate the recommendations.
def need a good old fashioned foliar spray then and again.
in a greenhouse when it's 35+ outside in desert heat? doubt that.I've gotten through many grows without any.
What desert are you in? I'm in the Mojave Desert and I grow in an un air conditioned house. I shut down my lights when my canopy temps reach 105 and right now my canopy won't be below 96 until likely October.in a greenhouse when it's 35+ outside in desert heat? doubt that.
that's dangerous, I shaded the heck out of my greenhouse for that exact reason. Are you using an LED at night to make up for lost daylight or just letting nature take it course? It's 33 to 35C here these days and my greenhouse is a lot higher but my plants do great. No foliar spray needed. Just a fan.
I should say semi desert - surrounded by fires. Appreciate you sharing thought for real, I have lots of learning a head of me when it comes to environment outside. What desert are you in? Anyway I'm sure you know better. Then again I'm not the one worrying I have PM. So there is that.
that's a hell of a stem! Glad you don't think it's PM, ya the holes..also some weird genetics from CK 3 leaves and even 7 leaves..Not pm. Pm white spots, ld be looking at insects, holes are irradic. That something eating at them. Just my opinion, been fighting pm for over a month, scars leaves once gone, always dots. Pic is pm dammage and DE spray residual. I spray labs and de mix to kill pm. Not best example or pic, but have almost irradicated so this is it. Will leave thumbnail for op. Not trying to steal thread but not pm.
I believe I fucked up by not leaving nay windows open during the night for fresh air, as I wanted to keep the greenhouse as warm as possible it drops low some nights. Not pm. I've been reading more and more of experienced growers just not doing/needing IPM foliar sprays. I'm currently on my 3rd consecutive run w/o any and so far so good. As long as i don't get lazy. . ...I've gotten through many grows without any.
You need to use a loupe and look at that white powder on your leaves. At the resolution you posted we can't see it, only you can. You're looking for white fur, the hyphae.that's a hell of a stem! I think you're right and that has been my experience. I only spray when I absolutely have to. I desperately try for root drench solutions for most things.I've been reading more and more of experienced growers just not doing/needing IPM foliar sprays.
