This is a risk reward situational decision.

You'll note I had the option of using one of these or waiting and I waited. That was my option. There are people that do not have that option.

I'm not talking safety sensitive positions. I'm not talking going to work high, I'm not supporting that. But this guy is trying to get a job, and he would be disqualified for historical smoking. Screw that, use every chance you can to get over on that b******* restriction.

He's under a time limit. Are you telling him just to go pee hot that morning and not even try masking it?

Don't say how you think it should have been done, deal with the situation now and tell me what he should do.

Hi All, I’ve been a very light smoker. Once a month maybe. I smoked some weed about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Have a drug test for a job in 5 days. I just took this home urine test. Do you think I will pass by then? Appreciate any help

No matter what scenario you paint I'm not going to recommend anyone spend their hard earned money on something which can not work. No matter how desperate you are those concoctions won't prevent you from excreting THC metabolites if you imbibed within the window of detectability.

Middle of the winter. Middle of Trenton. Worked six in the morning till around 6:00 at night. Had to go to 3 AA meetings a week or I go to jail. No car. AA meeting was approximately 2 mi away through dense neighborhoods that I should not have been in.

AA meeting started at 8:00 and ended around 10:00 to 10:30. It was dark and cold and icy both ways.

First month I walked. Kept my head down. After that I had a bicycle. Oh joy. That meant I had something which is worth stealing. Which meant as I rode through these neighborhoods people would start chasing me. Sometimes on foot and sometimes on bikes. I learned to ride fast and not look back.

In that time frame I had a very large heavy chain to chain up the bike. It was the thickest chain that the hardware store had. Which I wrapped from my forearm and elbow up to my shoulder. I could get a few feet of heavy swing with the lock or I could use it as knife protection.

Why would I want to do that? You have not directly answered even one question I've asked you. Instead simply tossing back more questions.

Notice how I said they definitely did something and then pulled the caveat of "certain".

So then it becomes a matter of timing the usage of it for when they are going to test him, allowing for the possibility that their test is going to be more sensitive then his home test.

I was a heavy smoker and then I needed to go for a drug test for a job. My boss knew I needed time. He gave me as much time as I needed. It took about a month and a half before I peed clear.

After 3 weeks I started testing using the dollar store tests. I can see the fade happen and then I tested clean. And then I went and bought the more expensive tests at the drug store. I was still peeing hot in those. It took another 3 weeks before I was clear for the drugstore test.

In the case of any of these dilution/masking solutions they have their window of possibly working for possibly some tests.

And enough heavy smokers swear by them. The problem then becomes choosing which ones work versus which ones are the snake oil of the moment. Becomes a matter of personal recommendation. If there is choice between a dilution/masking solution and nothing I would take the solution.

Fake urine is way to go , monkey pee, comes with temp gauge and warmer, fits in briefs.
Sounds as though you’ll be fine. Don’t give your first pee, have plenty of water, your ‘golden’ :)

took one more this evening. It is a 20ng/ml test and looks like a pass. Took without any detox so I I think I should be good. Appreciate all the help (and the jokes too lol). Will follow up if I passed or not.BB3139E8-B2FA-4FF5-BE53-1200CF421AE0.jpeg

Have you ever thought about learning how to stop smoking marijuana? Knowing how to tell yourself no is very important in this business. And it's not just that. You don't just take a drug test for no reason. What's the reason?

I've been in this situation myself.And you know, I can tell you that I didn't get my dream job because of it. Smoking weed knocked me out of the loop for a while. And now I'm thinking about how important it is to say no once in a while. Do you think you can learn how to do that? Is it possible to re-educate yourself?
