temps are between 79-82 when lights are on. Next run I’ll keep it lower with a new ac unit. Room humidity is at 50+/-. Feeding at 1200+/- EC

1.2 EC or 1200 ppm?
Could probably back down on the nitrogen. Are you feeding at least daily? You can get nute burn from letting the coco dry out even with a lower EC feed.

1.2 EC, 600ppm. I feed every other day. About 20% run off. Should I flush and refeed?

Update… I flushed the girls out with a .6 EC feed, and the runoff came back at 1.8 I think I found my problem. Didn’t realize so much could build up so quickly with my 20% flush.

It builds up because you aren't feeding daily. Any dry out in the coco will cause salt buildup.

So, if i feed daily, should I still have 10-20% run off every day? Asking bc if i don't have runoff, i'll have build up right?.. but if I water to 10% run off daily, wouldn't I be over watering? I'm trying to dial it all in, it's such a learning process. I really appreciate your help.

No once the plant roots fills out your pot you can't overwater coco.

Yes feed daily and aim for about 20% runoff, this will help prevent salt buildup and give you healthy happy plants. Coco isn't soil so it may seem odd if you've done soil before.

You need 20% run off min feeding once a day, 10% isn't a problem if your feeding multiple times daily but infrequent feeding drives up the ec and you need plenty of run off to rinse it away.
Plants are continually evaporating water but not nutrient, the nutrient gets left behind getting more concentrated in the root ball in turn causing problems.
Warm weather/hot grow rooms and pot sizes all have an effect on it.
