hey y'all, so i got some outdoor plants in 50/50 coco perlite which i just transplanted from 5 to 15 gallons, after which i went on vacation. i left my buddy to take care of em and i told him to give them 3 gallons every other day, will that be too much seeing as their newly transplanted? before this i used to give 1 gallon every 2 days (5 gallon pots)
(pic underneath is the run off after watering1 of em, looks fine to me¿)

So because you just transplant feed the coco first so 1ec some calmag etc, then transplant. So now you want to water the initial root ball so make a berm on top so feeds go more so into the original rootball.Remember always feed to runoff never let dry out never straight water.

I would bump that up to 5 -10 gal every 4 days if I was in a pot that big and toing from a small pot to a giant one……15 gal of coco is ridiculous lol…..I pull1-2lb in 5.7 gal 12x12 hard pots of pure coco

You tell us.... water it slowly til a decent amount comes out the bottom.... measure how much you gave it.... there is your answer.... its called drain to waste for a reason!

Once it roots out you gota do 2x a day 1 ain’t enough in flower….a 15 gal rooted pot it’s going to have a tree of epic proportion‘s that’s a Lotta leaves breathing, I wouldn’t be surprised if you need to give them 10 gallons twice a day assuming you wait long enough to properly root out a 15 gallon pot….. i’ve never done an outdoor grow. So I can’t speak on that however indoors under quality lights 8 to 9 weeks from seed is what it takes to properly root out a 5.7gal hard pot and get it ready for flower……..5-6 weeks from seed to root out a 3 gal fabric pot……I’d guess it would take me 14 weeks from seed with potting up to properly fill that 15 gal up indoors……. But again that’s indoors I’ve never done outdoors……… you’re your own man you can do as you please however I suggest going back to a 5 gallon fabric pot if you’re going outside there’s quite a few people on this form and other forms that pull well over 3lbs per plant in out door 5 gallon fabric pots Coco drain to waste

These people Feed them multiple times a day though if it’s in a secure spot it might not be ideal I didn’t think about that so yeah you might want to stick with that 15 gallon if you can’t get to it at least twice a day

thanks for the reply, i had them in the 5 gallons for over 2 months, and been vegging them for like 3 and a half in total. i still got about half a month left till flower so thats why i thought 15 would be oke, especially since the 5 was already filled up.
i've been giving them water every other day before the transplant, 10 gallons twice a day seems a lotttt, are you sure that wouldnt overdo it? btw pic attached is runoff if i feed it the way i described it
