Have you checked for bug or mite pests under the leaves?

What is the soil, nutrients, feed/water sched, ppm, ph, RH, temps? More info is better.

At first glance, it reminds me of spider mite damage, but I usually don't see it this early on. It usually pops up on my plants a few weeks after this.

Also, the soil looks pretty damp. Let it dry out between waterings, not bone dry, but the pot should feel significantly lighter before you water. Then, when you water/feed, saturate the soil.

I think I may have bugs!
Take pictures from under all of the damaged looking leaves. Take them as clearly as possible. I see a couple of things that look like bugs in those pics, but it's a little fuzzy when I zoom. I don't clearly see spider mites. Spider mites look like super tiny little brownish/orangish balls that just barely look like they're moving because they're so small. When they get established, they make a fine web like a spider.

I have mites show up from time to time. Especially if I'm not doing preventative maintenance. I use neem and spinosad mixed together at full strength to do weekly maintenance foliar spray and root drench. If you apply those, you can get rid of them. Do not apply with lights on. Turn lights off, apply, then turn lights back on after the leaves are totally dry. Otherwise, you will burn the shit out of the leaves. Continue to do this treatment until you start flower. Do not spray stuff on your flowers.

Ewww spider mites. You can definitely see them in the fist picture.
I would mix some spinosad castile soap and some neem oil up together and dunk the whole plant into the bucket. Do it several times over the next two weeks.
Also clean the tent and spray everything in it with isopropyl alcohol.
You should probably pull the plants out for a day and set off a bug bombs or two, in the tent,, with the fans shut down.
Good luck friend.

Looks clean! I would spray at least weekly until bud set and then keep your eyes peeled. We've been using nuke em, or plant therapy, definitely the bt and spinosad a couple times in veg. Seems to work great. You can spray micronized sulfur if it gets really bad but gotta make sure to wash all the oils off your leaves if you've been spraying with anything else the last cpl weeks. (I would double check windows of when to spray m.sulfur if you've been spraying with oils, I can't remember off the top of my head) Also makes everything smell like rotten eggs so be mindful of that...did light dep last summer and blasted the lean to with an atomizer filled with that stuff...it would stick to everything, and would smell like sulfur every time I would rub up against those plants. Strong shit. Didn't see pest issues the rest of that run tho, and smell was worn off by time flowers were setting.
