if you order online with credit card and address, only 2 400watt light ballast, nutes, etc. only about 500 to 1000 dollars will the popo really come to your house and wreck your little operation or am i just perenoid. plz cuz i could have my friend who doesnt smoke order through his info and address. or is that to much hassel.

Buying equipment is not illegal, I would send it to a friends though. You don't want any suspicious neighbors, just bring your equipment home at night.

I would go with 2 600HPS lights instead of the 400's you get 95,000 lumens per 600 watter and 55,000 from a 400 watter. The 600 watter is the most efficient in terms of lumens per watt.

not much of a sea with 4 plants... make sure you plan it out good i use 1 400 watt light i grow 6 1 foot plants under and it gives me 8-10 oz. every 3 months and i keep 2 mothers under cfl if you wanna do a sea of grean under one 400 watt light you can fut way more than 4 plants under there
