Depends.... are you going the bottled nute route or the dry amendment? Soil using bottled nutes aren't dependent on microbes to break down organic matter.

I decided to go with the bottled nutes.

I would just use the promix with perlite then. You don't need soil with nutrition with bottled nutes.
