Hi everyone. I was searching the soil and I saw a worm. It was white and about 1cm long. What is it?

I found 3 more.I think that is something else cause I noticed some tiny, white things who were flying when I mixed the soil. I consider to do a watering with neem oil and green soap. Will be ok?Wait for a group consensus but it might be a pot worm. Did you find just one or many?
Edit: could also be something in its larvae stage.
Yes, do what you can to get rid of them..I found 3 more.I think that is something else cause I noticed some tiny, white things who were flying when I mixed the soil. I consider to do a watering with neem oil and green soap. Will be ok?

wire worms look more like meal worms n are a little larger but you could be right@HydoDan and @ct26turbo what about a wireworm larvae?
I'm just trying to learn I'm not trying to challenge anyone.
I grow outdoors in a pot. Those things are white, tiny things and they can fly for a very short distance. They don't look like the picture but maybe they are small yet, so who knows? They look to me like worms who can fly-if it makes sense! I wish to had the camera to film them so you could see exactly what I'm saying. I'm watching my plants every day and I didn't see any flies or eggs but I had some strange silver and black spots on the leaves. The problem is inside the soil though.I watered with neem and I hope for the best.In these pictures you can see the spots I'm talking about.
Not sure but gnats dont fly well, a fan can cut them down quickly, de works well as topdress. Yellow boards or sticky tape. Flytraps too.Hi everyone. I was searching the soil and I saw a worm. It was white and about 1cm long. What is it?
