What are they planted in?Hey guys wondering how many times a month should i feed my two out door plants to not get lock out befor flowering?
in 5 gallon buckets and im feeding 20 20 20What are they planted in?
What kind of nutes?
How bout if i feed once per every 2 times i water skip 2 cycles? Per feeding and how can u tell if they need nutes?Soil, feed only when they look hungry. Yeah, you can do shit like, feed, water, water, but I don't do that , I feed them, then I just keep giving them water and a bit epsom salt until they show me that they need to be fed again. Like during my last grow, during flower, I only had to feed two of my plants just 5 times during flower, and the other two I had to feed 6 times. Anyhow... for coco, I feed every time I water, but only at 1/4 strength! And yeah, my plants once they are flowering, fully mature, they could probably handle 1/2 or even a full strength feedings, but do they really need that much, hell no!
Ive seen one guy grow out a 5 gallon bucket and the buds looked pretty awsome but i whould think maybe thell get root bound too eh im gonna check in to thatI would worry about getting rootbound if I had to keep those in 5 gal until end of flower.
If you could just cut the bottoms off & set them on some or use storage totes with soil in them, let the roots grow into that as well.
I'm new at growing, but that's what I would wonder about.
Yea still in plastic switch to wat u thinking5 gal pots are plenty big enough bud. I've been a grower for ten years, also smart pots don't get root walls like plastic pots do, and if you wanna place them on more soil like a raised bed the roots will grow right threw the bottom of the smart pot, the roots feel the air when they get to the edge and the plant stops trying to grow roots past the pot wall. Are you still in plastic? You should switch partner.
I run 4gal indoors with plants that yeild between 2-4oz.Ive seen one guy grow out a 5 gallon bucket and the buds looked pretty awsome but i whould think maybe thell get root bound too eh im gonna check in to that
Harvested over 6 oz from a one gallon pot. It's not the size of the pot it's how you use it. Or was that something else..?I run 4gal indoors with plants that yeild between 2-4oz.
Outside I run 15 gal minimum. Plants will thank you.
Bigger roots bigger fruits
