Asking for help

Hello everyone It's my first time to grow weed and i need help. Yesterday I put a regular light away from my plant about half meter, then the plant it dropped on the opposite direction of the light and the tend side have a little black spot. I turned off the light, i read about that and faced a lot of problems that is similar to mine without any solutions.
I get confused and all i did is make holes to enter oxygen.

What medium is your seedling in? It looks a bit dense to me. I'm also not sure what you are asking.

I'd water it good to start. That soil also doesn't look so good. Is that from your yard?

I'd raise your lights to chicken level PAR readings... I was really just kidding about the human bones... I'm a little bored tonight.... but really, just let it do it's thing and don't stress too much about it. Water a small circle around it till it gets bigger, the enlarge your circle of water till you can fully saturate the pot...( when you see roots at the bottom holes)... then transplant to its final pot.... You want to make them "look" for a water source to make good roots. If you water them too much, or too often, the roots will just be complacent with where they are. Starve them just a bit to make those roots reach.

Nothing wrong with yard dirt if it's good loam although it wouldn't be my first choice. I used yard dirt back in the day. I didn't know any better and it's good river basin black loamy stuff but still was too thick and retained too much water so I cut it with sand and tree bark bits which fluffed up the soil. That stuff looks like it will give the roots a helluva time as they try to spread out, if it's not already. Also I would be careful using manure on a seedling as it can be way too hot unless fully composted.
