That plant has had too much nitrogen. Also looks like you have light leaks and it hasn’t fully bloomed. Or it could be a crappy low yielding pheno ‍

Your main nutrients you use to feed your plants, most un veg like nitrogen, but when flowering process you dint use much nitrogen. And like he said you don't look like you have a full 12 hours of dark. When plants shoot ot single blades its trying to reveg. Make sure when lights are out, you are OUT. If you have dehumidifier running in tent I suggest put tape over the light. Dark means DARK.

Looks pretty damn done tbh lol. And yes. That plants was fed or intake way to high in Nitrogen.
For your next grow I'd start using the light feeding recommendation on your nutrition bags/bottles.
