If she was there and took that photo from the steps of the capitol building, she should be charged as should everybody in the photo. If they were part of the mob on the capitol grounds they should be indicted, if they were inside the building they should be fucked. The government should file civil suits against all of them for damages and the police officers should sue them as well. A Florida man who bragged on social media that he breached the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 alongside a mob of Trump supporters was arrested this Monday, the Orlando Sentinel reports.

Video footage also shows John Maron Nassif, 55, inside the Capitol building.

“You know I was there, right?” Nassif wrote on Jan. 8, according to an arrest affidavit. “You don’t find it odd that police officer is welcoming everybody in? Considering the narrative that’s being pushed?”

In another post on Jan. 20, Nassif wrote another post saying that he was “inside the building.”

Sure, it'd be 5x if they were black, but at least they're not going to walk. A year in prison would be incredibly life disturbing, definitely losing a job and possibly a home. They should all be tried in DC, not back in their home towns and should all be held in custody until trial. A hundred years ago they would have hung the lot of them a dozen at a time on the capitol lawn in 1/2 hour intervals, treason, sedition and insurrection are very serious crimes, right up there with murder.

I think that's roughly how it's going, that he was looking at five years and they plea down, plus that's exactly how it goes if they want trials, they actually would be looking at a true five years.
