Switching up a driver on a pre-made board

So i imagine someone has done it but would it be fairly easy to take a pre made board, ex a ts1000, and disconnect the driver that it came with and hook a mean well up? Im not planning on doing it but the thought crossed my mind recently and wanted to ask if for some reason it wouldnt be possible? Those wago connectors look fairly easy to hook up and stripping the wire wouldnt be unheard of. Right?

Thanks peoples.

Why?

Buy diy QB bds, connectors, driver, wire, and go it yourself with better Diods and Driver

Easy peasy
Its a hypothetical. I know youre trying to be helpful, but I didnt really want to get into why because i may never even do it. I just wanted to know if someone who was more DIY inclined had thought about it and maybe tried it.

Again, I see no reason to do it, unless u got a few bds free, then maybe

A new driver can cost as much as those entire system, so, as I said, why

I dont see why you couldn't, just need to know what volts and amps your lights require and go from there it seems.

I took apart an old free kind led a while back and played around with its components to get a better feel for diy things. Can't say I ever wired a meanwell to the blurple leds, but I did use the blurple drivers on some samsung strips which is pretty much the same concept.

No expert, just seems easily done if you so choose in my opinion.

Say i came across a meanwell and wanted to switch out the shitty Sosen driver on my Ts1000. Board still works but now i have a more efficient driver that i have. Is it possible? Again, i see youre trying to help, but why do people ask so many questions that arent related to MY original question. Its a purely hypothetical situation.

Yes it's possible

Said that in the 1st post

But as stated

WHY???????

It wouldn't be more noticeably efficient. Be a waist of time unless the driver died, even then, mars would probably send u a new one

You know it's possible, stop acting like a child trying to get his way

If you want help with this it might be a good idea to post a photo of any details from your driver, dc voltage and current of the original driver etc.
