If you're in soil most tap water can be used the way it is without any need to worry about pH.

I just don’t know the quantity of lemon juice that would be safe and not be a drastic change to your pH do you want to do it incrementally so that you don’t mess with the biology in there

I collect rain water comes in perfect around 6.6. But if I have to I can use tap water I have ph down drops. Normally a few drops in a gallon brings it to the right ph.

I hear that alot, use tap water. Is that because it's a higher PH? I tested my tap and it's like 8 to 8.6
I said most tap water. I'm assuming that people know what their water is. Mine ranges between 7.5 and 8.5. I've never pH in soil. Any decent soil already has the ability to adjust the pH and keep the desired pH level at the root zone due to liming agents like limestone, gypsum, and oyster shells. There are others but those are the most commonly used. Now coco and hydro I always pH of course.
