My aeroponics system

This is my aeroponics system.
I have 80 plant sites with 20 sprayers. The sprayers are positioned so that each one hits 4 plants.
I used PVC tubing and rotating sprayers.
I have a sump tank below that filters put the root bits, and pumps the water back up to the table.
The panels are made of 10mm corroplast, which is very sturdy.
Illuminating this are three 150 watt quantum boards by Viparspectra.
Below it is a sump tank (large home depot tote). I'll put 70 litres in there: it should be enough to keep the water from overheating. If it does, I'll just add more water, as the sump tank is on a cold concrete floor.
Ventilation is done by an AC Infinity T4 with temperature and humidity control.

I just need to get my cloning machine (Turbokloner T96) working.
The clones, once rooted are placed into the flowering room, are grown in 18/6 until signs of vegetative growth. Then they are grown in 12/12. They grow into a single cola that can grow to be 10 to 15 grams of dried and manicured bud. This is theoretical as I get that with HPS, so I don't know about quantum boards. I can swap one of the 150 watts for a 240 watt quantum board. So I'll have either 450 watts or 540 watts. The goal is 800 to 1,200 grams a crop. We will see how close to target I get.

good luck with it, you may want to let them veg for a week and then flower them, you will be rewarded with more bud

I want to make sure I don't have too much f lowering stretch. I have very limited height (on purpose). I can control it with optic foliar's Stitch / Shift. Hut goal is to have the shortest number of days in the room to increase annual production. This is why there are 9 plants per square foot.

May I ask what genetics you have chosen for this sea of green ?

9 plants a square foot may be a bit much, 4 would be better but you seem to know where you want to go so good luck !

Be watching this, it's a good style of grow with no veg time. Non ! Good roots then 12/12 straight from cloner to bloom is the usual way. I've seen 36 per square meter do nice, just a nice cola on each, about 15 gram of pukka bud each averaged if memory serves !

With rotating sprinkler heads, you may have issues with the roots keeping them from rotating as they grow longer and spread out - which will cause problems with all the roots getting even watering.

Roots always grow toward the water source. Always.

We shall see if that happens. It's only the small part that rotates, so I'm not too concerned. And if it does become an issue, then I'll swap them out for stationary ones.

My next grow will be a SOG, its the most efficient method IMO. How many mothers do you keep?

Too many...
I find 4 is the best for my small space, but my buddy has a 4x4 tent that is simply amazing in efficient use of space:

I love how he has plants in the floor outside the tent.

Obviously...I mean after cutting 20 clones from one plant do you replace it or let it grow back.
It depends. I typically take them outside in spring and flower them. If I like the strain, I'll take some cuttings a select my new mother. I typically don't do more than 2 generations because I like to try different strains.
