Did a Char Siu test. One on the left with my homemade marinade one on the right with Lee Kum Kee. Mine was marginally better, gotta keep tweaking. Those garlic noodles though, yum. Not something I do often but a friend showed me a pic of some of his Yakisoba and I had to make some noodles.
