Early flowering

Not even if I have 4 of them? I’ve got (4) 1000 watt leds equivalent to 600 or more watts. And that’s true, I’m leaning more towards photos every day

I was going to ask why you were growing auto's. Is there some specific reason? If you don't have one then you should just grow photo's. You'll be able to decide when they start flowering and you won't run into this problem in the future. There's nothing you can do now except finish them at the size they are. You're going to get a very small amount of weed for the time and effort you put in which is unfortunate.

Unless you're growing outside in a short season climate or growing a few in a veg tent I don't understand why so many people are growing autos. Many don't finish any faster than a photo vegged for 4 - 6 weeks and they don't produce the yield you would get from a photo. I know many will say that auto's have come a long way and I won't disagree. They have their place. But a typical indoor grower is better off just growing photos which is why it's hard to understand this obsession with autos many newer growers seem to have.

Autos are for the veg tent xt is right, but I've had some formidable autos. But flower tent is all photos, they are faster to the finish line by far. An auto on the side of veg ok but I wouldn't run light just for auto. I've had an auto vegging for almost two months, she got sick and almost died, came back like crazy.

I appreciate you all’s help and advice. I barely had a harvest from the autos. But I’m doing a photo run now and they’re looking better. All freebies from Attitude (white lavender, sowah sherbet, chunky skunk, and super skunk). If you all have advice for more terp production and tricks for better smell please share. Still using the ts 1000 (only 150 watts actual), 1 for the 3 and 2 for the 1 by itself

Looking good. Just keep them healthy for best results. Don't go chasing bottles of this and that.

Good luck.

I appreciate it. My last runs produced beautiful bud but when I go to cure the smell is never really potent. I want to improve on smell and taste. From my understanding terpenes are responsible for this, but even on my last ones where I had good terp production I didn’t get a really good smell. So any tips on that would be appreciated. These are from 2 harvests earlier this year. The bud looks nice but man the smell and taste isn’t that great at all. Kinda earthy and soily taste. I don’t really know much about flushing before harvest either so that may be another problem. I know to feed water only for flushing but I don’t know the rule of thumb for how much. I figure it depends on the pot size.

Terps come from healthy plants. You don't need a bunch of bottles to grow healthy plants and in fact dumping too much stuff on your plants can make them taste like garbage. Base nutrients start to finish. Keep them healthy and keep them green. That's how you'll get the best results.

Okay okay, I appreciate it! What do you mean by base nutrients? I start them in Coast of Maine super soil and use the root organics nute line, I only have Buddha Bloom, Buddha Grow, trinity, and HPK. The guys at the shop I go to gave me a bottle of fish sh!t that’s supposed to help with root mass and terp production too. Am I on the right path or is this overkill?

I think your heading down the right path. Kiss theory, keep it simple stupid! Not calling you stupid btw! But think your covered, cal mag is only thing missing, but wait till you need it. Unless one of those covers it, dont know line.

looking good lower the light an inch or 2

Was getting to that point with the calmag, closer light is when you need calmag more often, l use every watering. My light rated at 1 ft so use calmag if pushing plants, l use light at same height and 50% power for veg, early veg 40% l build the intensity up over time unless flipping to flower then 100% as harder to meet dli. In 12 hrs.

2 for 3 and 1 for 1 is how l would do math, and be correct. In my own opinion only!
I agree, I moved the white lavender by itself to flower because I was still vegging the other 3. I already had 2 lights in the 5x5 (where the white lavender is) so I just kept them in there and the 3x3 setup had 1 light, not sure if I could fit (2) ts 1000s in the 3x3 but maybe I’ll just upgrade to 2000, which is 350 watts actual draw.

I’ve got it about 12 inches away from top sites. I thought that was the recommended distance during flowering?

If it is for your light, every light built different. Genetics play a big part
True, I checked on them today and I got a hint of fruit and citrus from the white lavender so hopefully as time goes on it’ll make progress. I heard it’s a first gen strain too (Cross between white widow and lavender) so everyone is getting it as a freebie and looking for that perfect pheno. I think it takes 10-12 weeks to flower, and I’m only at about 1 1/2 months so I’ve got a ways to go before I chop her down. I appreciate the advice!
